By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

This storefront (ythral.com) is designed and operated for customers located in India. All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) and all orders are fulfilled within India. For international orders (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia), please visit our international storefront at us.ythral.com, which operates under separate terms. As our business evolves, these terms may be updated to reflect changes in scope, services, or applicable law.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our Service and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE OF CONSENT

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are designed for adults and are not marketed to minors.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to display the colours, details, and images of our premium fashion garments as accurately as possible on our storefront. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations between the product displayed on screen and the product received may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. YTHRAL© operates on a limited edition model — once a product run ends, it is not restocked or reprinted.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All-INR Pricing: All prices displayed, listed, and invoiced on ythral.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets), PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Partial Payment Orders: On select orders, we offer a Partial Payment option where a portion of the order value is collected at checkout and the remaining balance is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue partial payment availability for any customer or order at our sole discretion.

Pricing Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

  1. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to verify, accept, or decline any order after payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, the order cannot be cancelled, and you must follow our standard return and exchange procedures as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation by YTHRAL©: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. This includes orders suspected of fraud, orders using the same payment method or shipping address for multiple accounts, or orders that violate these Terms. In the event that we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial Payment Order Refusal: If a partial payment (COD) order is refused at delivery or returned without valid reason, YTHRAL© reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping costs from any refund of the advance amount paid, and to restrict future partial payment orders from the same customer.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping: YTHRAL© ships across India via trusted logistics partners. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and delivered within an estimated 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India. No additional shipping or handling fees are applied at checkout.

International Orders: This storefront does not accept or fulfil international orders. Customers outside India should visit us.ythral.com for international purchases.

Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and valid delivery addresses (including house number, floor, landmark, and PIN code). YTHRAL© is not responsible for shipment delays, non-delivery, or return-to-sender scenarios caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our official Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Size Exchanges: We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Defective or Damaged Goods: If a garment is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us at support@ythral.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an uncut unboxing video. Verified claims will be resolved with a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale: Limited edition items and items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable unless proven defective via unboxing video evidence.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain all rights to approach the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions (District, State, or National) for resolution of any consumer grievance.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this Site — including but not limited to brand logos, original garment designs, illustrations, graphics, product photography, text, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of YTHRAL© and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display our designs, brand marks, or content without express written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

  1. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the purchase of products from this Site, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Notwithstanding the above, consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to approach the District, State, or National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions for resolution of consumer grievances, regardless of the jurisdiction clause stated herein.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

YTHRAL© shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, strikes, courier disruptions, or internet outages.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
