At YTHRAL©, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To request a size exchange, contact us at support@ythral.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described, we will process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO)
For any claims regarding missing items, wrong items, or damaged products, an uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must clearly show the sealed package from all angles before opening. The shipping label must be visible. The opening and inspection must be recorded in one continuous shot without pauses or edits. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. Please email the video and clear photographs to support@ythral.com within 48 hours of delivery.

PARTIAL PAYMENT ORDERS
If a partial payment order is refused at delivery or returned without valid reason, YTHRAL© reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping costs from any refund of the advance amount paid.

FINAL SALE
Unless an item is proven defective via unboxing video or eligible for a size exchange as stated above, all sales are considered final. Limited edition items are non-returnable unless defective.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders placed through us.ythral.com are governed by the return policy on that store.
