1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During limited edition drops, processing times may extend.

2. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India via trusted logistics partners. International orders are handled through our international store at us.ythral.com.

3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Once shipped, delivery is managed by our third-party courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all domestic orders within India. No additional shipping fees at checkout.

5. Partial Payment Orders
We offer a Partial Payment option on select orders within India. A portion of the order value is collected at checkout, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. All international orders must be fully prepaid. If a partial payment order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, we reserve the right to restrict future partial payment orders from the same customer and recover any shipping charges incurred.

6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Ythral© will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery has been completed.
