At Ythral, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. We offer free shipping across India on all domestic orders, and we proudly ship internationally to select global markets. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods or special drops, processing times may vary.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship domestically across India.
  • We also offer International Shipping to the United States and select global markets.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic (India): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • International (US & Global): Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery to the United States and other countries.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once shipped, delivery is handled by third-party courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout.
  • United States: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the USA.
  • Other International Markets: Shipping rates for international orders outside the US are calculated at checkout based on your geographic location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly available for domestic orders within India only. All International orders must be 100% prepaid at checkout. 6. Undelivered / Failed COD Orders If a COD order is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel future COD orders from the same customer.
  • Recover shipping and COD charges incurred.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Ythral will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery has been completed.

10. International Customs & Duties For orders shipped outside of India, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their local government upon arrival. Ythral is not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to unpaid international customs processing fees.
