Free standard shipping on every order. No shipping charges, no handling fees, no surprises at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Processing: Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Each piece passes quality control before it leaves us.

Delivery: Allow 5–8 business days for delivery within India; international timelines vary by destination. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

We ship worldwide. India orders ship direct from this store; international buyers (US, UK, Canada, Australia) order from us.ythral.com for local fulfilment.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Need a different size?

Reach out and we'll sort it out personally. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and our team will arrange your exchange.

Something wrong with your piece?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're covered completely. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an uncut unboxing video — no need to ship anything back. We'll send a brand-new replacement at zero cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Change of mind?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Once approved and the item is returned in original condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

A few exceptions

Custom pieces, final-sale and limited-edition drops, and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged — these are produced in strictly limited numbers.
